Our clients comprise a broad spectrum of the industry, including public and private organizations, large scale developments, and affordable housing providers.
Our experience as policy makers, planners, architects, engineers, technical consultants, and high-level strategic thinkers allows us to develop balanced strategies that earn broad acceptance and effective results.
Our work on the Playa Vista Master Planned Community (shown above) helped form the backbone of who we became over time. We’ve worked on this project since 1996 in varying capacities.
Our company is distinguished from similar firms offering sustainability services to the development industry in that we provide a deep dive through specialization. We work closely with clients and project teams using proven tools and ratings programs for sustainable design rating systems, from project planning and entitlement through post construction. This experience and detailed understanding allows us to approach sustainability holistically and without preconceptions.
